UP Otaku Fest 2.0 Logo Design Contest

1. The competition is open to all interested participants.


2. The logo should:

* Be distinct, unique and easily identifiable

* Remain clear and identifiable at small sizes (e.g. 16×16)

* Convey the concept of the word “Otaku”

* Aesthetically fit in with a broad range of site/application designs

* Provide a clear silhouette that can be rendered in multiple colors

*Include the words "Otaku Fest"


3.Submit you work on or before November 16, 2008 through upotaku@gmail.com with

the following specifications:

a. Name of artist

b. Contact Information (mobile # and email add)

c. Format of picture

d. Brief explanation of you work

4. Submissions can be made via JPG/GIF/PNG however please be prepared to provide

high resolution/vector graphic versions of your work.

5. Criteria for judging:

* General appearance
o eye appeal
o execution
o neatness
* Content
o well organized


NOTE:

***The winning entry will be used as the OFFICIAL Otaku Fest 2.0 logo ; thus,

the organizers will obtain the right over the said artwork. However, copyright

of the work will remain to the artist.
